Dirt Rag Dirt Fest Registration Information &Policies


Your registration includes admission to the event, demo bikes and other wares, shuttles, group rides, clinics, music, movie, parties, and contests. Attendees are responsible for making their own travel and lodging arrangements if not booking the onsite camping or it is unavailable. Demo bikes can be limited to what is available, it is a good idea to bring your own bike, also bring your pedals, helmet, hydration pack and bike clothing. Please review our registration policies below before signing up.

There are four types of passes to choose from:

  • Event Pass with Onsite Camping - This includes one Event Pass with onsite primitive camping at the Susquehannock Campground. Select individual camping or identify your group name when registering. 

  • Event Pass and Onsite Camping with a Parking Pass - This includes one Event Pass with onsite primitive camping at the Susquehannock Campground and one parking pass. Select individual camping or identify your group name when registering.

  • Dirt Fest Weekend Event Pass - Kids (Under 16) - Kids 16 and under are free to attend Dirt Fest!  A signed waiver from a parent or legal guardian waiver is required at check-in. If camping onsite at Susquehannock Campground enter the group name or enter "offsite" when registering.

  • Event Pass ONLY - This includes the event pass only. No camping included, no parking pass included.

Dirt Fest West Virginia ONLY offers an onsite primitive (no hook-ups) RV pass: 

  • One Event Pass with Onsite RV, popup or camper Camping - This includes 1 Event Pass with onsite primitive RV camping at the Airstrip, main camping area. The pass is for the driver, any additional attendees staying in the RV will need to purchase an Event Pass with Onsite Camping.


Group Camping: You will be assigned a camping spot depending on the size of your group. We cannot guarantee all campers their own group site. Our goals are to have groups seven or larger have their own site, but there are times where we need to combine people and/or groups together. So be ready to make new friends. Enter your group name when registering. Please make sure your whole group uses the same name so no one gets mixed up or left out of the group. Enter the full group name and not just an acronym.


Individual Camping: If you don't have a group, that's okay! List yourself as Individual on the registration page. You will share a campsite with other individual campers.


There are no specific site reservations.


Once onsite camping sells out, we will open a waitlist.


Onsite RVs/ Sprinters/ pop-ups/ or pull-behind trailer camping is available at West Virginia. For the Pennsylvania event, if you have an RVs/ pop-ups/ or pull-behind trailers you will need to make arrangements offsite.


Cancellation Policy

We have to strictly adhere to our cancellation policy in order to organize the highest quality event and to run our business; we’re sure you understand.  Our cancellation policy states that there are NO refunds if you cannot attend the event.


You can transfer your registration to a friend through BikeReg. The last day to transfer registration is the Monday prior to the event weekend.


Privacy Policy

We collect the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, including information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations, name and address, telephone number, payment information (e.g., credit card number and billing address).


We do not share email addresses with other companies and organizations.


Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers online will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed online.


We may photograph or videotape attendees and exhibitors for use in online or printed promotions. By virtue of your attendance, you grant us the right to take such photos or videos and to use your likeness in these materials. 


With respect to security: We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.

Weather Policy

Dirt Rag Dirt Fest is a rain or shine event. We cannot control the weather. No refunds will be issues because of weather. We do stand behind any of our exhibitors if they do not want to send their bikes out. We also work with the local trail organizations to make sure the trails we are riding are ready for the amount of traffic and the weather we are accepting during the event.
